Exciting Finance Strategies
May 19, 2008 – 2:35 amHi,
I am REALLY pleased to let you have access to the interview that I recorded with Konrad Bobilak this week. Konrad heads up 21st Century Finance. In the interview he answers many of the questions that we have received recently and, in doing so, he reveals some great things! Such as …
- Is now the right time for a fixed or variable loan?
- What do I do if I have bad credit?
- How to pay off your mortgage in half the time.
- How to buy property for no money down.
- How to turn a negative geared property into a positive geared one.
- How to retire using property.
- How to have the cash to take 6 months off work so you can focus on your investing.
- … and many more things!
So, here’s the interview:
Please note, we had a poor phone line so there are a few noises and the odd unclear work. I apologise for that. Nevertheless, I know you will still get heaps of value from the call:
In the call, Konrad mentions Veda Advantage (formerly known as Baycorp Advantage), the credit reference people. Here is a link to their website www.vedaadvantage.com.
I hope you find the call useful.
We look forward to getting your feedback.
All the best!
Ian

Great finance strategies. I feel a lot more comfortable with knowing, that if i put my current career on hold and focus on investing, i will not be negatively affecting my financial position. this is a great stress relief!
Thanks Ian and Liz

Hi Ian and Liz,
Thanks for the email and audio. I listened to the Konrad Bobilak interview and on the end he mentioned that if someone is interested in investing that he/she could contact 21st Century Academy and discuss personal current situation. So where to from here?
Thanks again.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi,
Glad we were able to help! Thanks for the feedback Jean-Marc, Les & Dusan.
Dusan, “where to” will depend on where you want to get to now. There are a few options. I’ll drop you a direct email.

Hi Ian and Liz.
Thank you so much for the interview with Konrad. He cleared up a few things that I was unsure with investing in property and I have also discovered information that will definitely help me in my decision making.
I know that Konrad said New Zealanders and other non Australians, do not qualify for 21st Century Finance. However, I just wanted to know whether there was any indication of a future setup here in NZ for 21st Century Finance especially in property.
Kind Regards
Jenny

Hi Jenny,
Thanks for the feedback! I’m really glad to hear that Konrad’s interview helped.
Jamie does have plans to grow 21st Century globally. A 21st Century office was opened in Auckland at the beginning of the year so this is a start in New Zealand. I do not know of any firm dates for future growth I’m afraid.
